    Fitness Philosophy

Throughout my fitness journey, one of my main takeaways has been to have fun and enjoy the process. I found my passion for fitness in lifting weights, but there are many other ways that I enjoy movement. I practice badminton weekly and enjoy learning different sports like mixed martial arts. There are a variety of ways to integrate movement into your life, and I want to help you find what works best for you. I can guarantee that by us working together, you will enjoy the process of achieving your goals! I began to gain confidence in and out of the gym when I started lifting heavier. It is amazing to see what your body is capable of, and I want everyone to experience that feeling. My personal goal for my clients is to look at exercise as a lifelong journey. Exercise is helpful for our physical health but is also greatly beneficial for mental health. This is something I am passionate about because it shows that exercise is more than the physical benefits. I am excited to learn about what type of movement interests you. If you do not know what that is now, I can assure you that by working together we will find your passion!

    Fitness Philosophy

Throughout my fitness journey, I’ve come to understand the importance of exercising for ourselves! For years I was a cross country and track runner. Once I stopped running competitively and started running for myself, I found that fitness became extremely enjoyable. I found exercise was a great way to benefit me not just physically, but mentally as well. After my time as an athlete, I found many styles of exercises and workouts that were interesting and enjoyable. During this time, I was truly able to exercise for myself and find interest in fitness I enjoy. Along the way, I found interest in group fitness classes and personal training. I’ve loved the promotion of exercising for yourself in a fun and safe environment and listening to what we need for ourselves! I decided to become a personal trainer to personally promote this message of positivity in the fitness field. I hope to promote exercise as a way to improve mental and physical well-being. During our time together, I am here to support you in whatever way you need. I cannot wait to work together to find out what works best for you along your fitness journey!

    Fitness Philosophy

I believe that exercise and fitness are crucial aspects of a healthy lifestyle. I have always been a very active individual as I grew up playing multiple sports. In high school, I excelled in Football and Lacrosse and this is where I would find my love for weightlifting and training with others. Outside the gym, you can often find me coaching as I help coach high school Lacrosse and I have coached several youth basketball teams. These experiences have pushed me down the path of helping others reach their goals and giving them the tools to exceed these goals. I plan to work with my clients to find out what they enjoy and explore all possible options to continue to produce growth. I believe that fitness provides essential life balance and skills. Fitness teaches consistency, dedication, patience, and a hard work ethic and is a great stress reliever. With this being said I will bring positive energy to each training session and just ask in return that you are open-minded and honest with me. I’m looking forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your goals. I’m excited to work with you soon!

    Fitness Philosophy

Fitness is the gateway to a happy and healthy lifestyle. My entire life has dealt with the involvement of athletics and fitness to keep me busy and healthy. From being a gymnast for 10 years to playing varsity volleyball and softball. Having these sports in my life has pushed me to pursue my passions for fitness and strength in men and women. After accomplishing a very active lifestyle early on, I have decided to train as a bodybuilder for upcoming events and meets. My passion consists of cardiovascular health, muscle, and strength training. Along with remembering the importance of form and mobility training. When I enter the gym, I have one main goal: to better myself or the client I may be training. My end goal is to help all my clients accomplish their goals, and truly learn to enjoy the atmosphere of the gym and a healthy lifestyle.
