Campus Recreation offers a variety of special one-time or infrequently occurring events in addition to our normal programming. This program allows Illinois State students living in Residence Halls to participate in a variety of Campus Recreation programming for FREE. Campus Recreation and Housing have partnered to make $5,000 available to students living in Residence Halls for this year and it can be used on any of the below programs. Stop by the SFC the last Wednesday of each month for a FREE fitness assessment to kick-start or progress your health and fitness goals. Our experienced staff will help you choose from a menu of assessment options to help you find what is right for you! Assessments can take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes depending on the assessment items chosen.

In honor of Earth Day, Campus Recreation will be handing out reusable Camelbak water bottles in exchange for a used plastic water bottle. All collected water bottles will be recycled. One per person. Limited Quantity available.
February was Therapeutic Recreation Month, KNR and Campus Recreation brought together awareness and fun activities such as wheelchair basketball and adaptive climbing at this interactive event.
