Refresh Your Fit is our Spring 2019 Group Fitness Incentive program. The program runs from February 25 to March 8 and features eight classes: HIIT Express, Rise and Ride, Hip-Hop Step, Sunrise Yoga, Cardio Combat, Cardio Kickboxing, Mid-Day Metcon, and Barre to the Beat. Each class is worth one point and no class will count more than twice towards a prize.* Participation cards can be picked up at the welcome desk or from a group fitness instructor in one of our fitness studios.
3 points: Shoelaces
6 points: Shaker bottle
8 points: Yoga mat
*Participants will only receive one prize for the program based off of the highest prize tier that they reach (3-5 points will earn shoelaces, 6-7 points a shaker bottle, 8+ points a yoga mat).
