Roles

Club tribunal members play a critical role in making Redbird Gaming thrive on campus. These leaders:

• Help form new clubs around a specific game or game genre.
• Act as a conduct board governing all violations of policies and procedures and make recommendations for sanctions outlined in the Redbird Gaming Compliance Manual. 
• Moderate and oversee the Redbird Esports discord server and online community.
• Assist in the development of overarching club gaming policies and procedures.
• Promote club competitive and social activities within the Redbird Esports Network.
• Lead sponsorship and fundraising initiatives for overall gaming club support.
