Bryan Haunert
Director
Responsible for leading strategic planning, goal setting, assessment initiatives, and all financial management activities including budgeting, expenditure analysis, and reporting for all of these programs. Manages all operations of a portfolio that consists of Student Fitness Center/McCormick Hall, Bowling and Billiards Center, Redbird Adventure Center, and Gregory Street Fields.

Associate Director
Responsibilities include serving as a member of the Leadership Team and assisting in the general administration of the unit in all areas including program and facility management, assessment, and budget management. Assistant Director of Leadership and Development
Responsibilities include management of all administrative affairs, assistance for the Director, and coordination of the student employment program for Campus Recreation. Directs all departmental human resource functions, coordinates team trainings, leadership and development programs.

Assistant Director, Fitness
Responsibilities include the development, coordination, and administration of all Fitness programs and services, including group fitness and personal training. This includes supervising, evaluating, and training professional and student team members.

Assistant Director, Competitive Sports
Responsibilities include the development, coordination, and administration of all Intramural Sports and Sport Clubs programs and services. This includes oversight of Competitive Sports procedures, supervisors and mentoring of students in the areas of risk management, customer service, and event supervision.

Responsibilities include the daily operation of Competitive Sport activities with the primary focus in Intramural Sports. This includes league administration, oversight of officials and supervisors and mentoring of students in the areas of risk management, customer service, and event supervision.

Coordinator, Special Events and Operations
Responsibilities include the overseeing of daily operations of all Campus Recreation, indoor and outdoor facilities. This position serves to develop, lead, and mentor over 80 student employees in such areas as risk management, customer service, and more. A main responsibility of this role is to collaborate with campus partners to execute events and programing across all Campus Recreation venues.

Responsibilities include being the office manager for the Campus Recreation administrative office suite and primary role for the student employment hiring process. Managing the internal on-boarding process for all student team members including processing all pay rate changes, position changes, and terminations, and serve as the administrator of the Student Employment Database and WhenToWork.
