There are many ways to stay active, energized, and healthy from your home! There are a variety of options, some free, some paid, that provide helpful tips, tools, and programs you can follow along with no matter where you are. We have collected some of them here to help get you started. The Fitness program offers a variety of regularly scheduled classes in cardiovascular, strength and mind/body training formats for all current members of the SFC.
Custom classes are also available for groups looking to create their own activities.
The Personal Training program is designed to provide our members with the personal attention of working with a trainer to reach all their fitness goals.
