Our Fitness program is made up of Group Fitness and Personal Training programs. Both provide diverse offerings to help participants reach all their fitness goals.

Custom Group Fitness Classes

The Fitness program also offers Custom Group Fitness Classes to campus student groups and departments. Custom classes can be in a variety of formats and lengths and are tailored to fit the needs of the group.

There are many ways to stay active, energized, and healthy from wherever you are! Workout Wednesday videos can be found on our  Instagram Stories  and  YouTube page  for an exercise-from-home workout with a twist. Or sign up to get access to our on-demand group fitness classes where you can exercise with your favorite instructor at any time or any place.
