• Unused time is not transferable or refundable.
• Use of the Esports facility is first-come first-serve for students, university members, and the public.
• If our facility must close before our normal hours indicate, we will not issue refunds for time lost.
• Time continues to count down and be used if you do not come up to the desk to sign out of a console.
• Time sold through daily passes are good until the close of the facility on the day they are sold.
• Time sold through the 30 day pass is good for 30 days from time of sale.
