    Fitness Philosophy

Throughout my fitness journey, one of my main takeaways has been to have fun and enjoy the process. I found my passion for fitness in lifting weights, but there are many other ways that I enjoy movement. I practice badminton weekly and enjoy learning different sports like mixed martial arts. There are a variety of ways to integrate movement into your life, and I want to help you find what works best for you. I can guarantee that by us working together, you will enjoy the process of achieving your goals! I began to gain confidence in and out of the gym when I started lifting heavier. It is amazing to see what your body is capable of, and I want everyone to experience that feeling. My personal goal for my clients is to look at exercise as a lifelong journey. Exercise is helpful for our physical health but is also greatly beneficial for mental health. This is something I am passionate about because it shows that exercise is more than the physical benefits. I am excited to learn about what type of movement interests you. If you do not know what that is now, I can assure you that by working together we will find your passion!

    Fitness Philosophy

I believe that exercise and fitness are crucial aspects of a healthy lifestyle. I have always been a very active individual as I grew up playing multiple sports. In high school, I excelled in Football and Lacrosse and this is where I would find my love for weightlifting and training with others. Outside the gym, you can often find me coaching as I help coach high school Lacrosse and I have coached several youth basketball teams. These experiences have pushed me down the path of helping others reach their goals and giving them the tools to exceed these goals. I plan to work with my clients to find out what they enjoy and explore all possible options to continue to produce growth. I believe that fitness provides essential life balance and skills. Fitness teaches consistency, dedication, patience, and a hard work ethic and is a great stress reliever. With this being said I will bring positive energy to each training session and just ask in return that you are open-minded and honest with me. I’m looking forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your goals. I’m excited to work with you soon!

    Fitness Philosophy

I owe my life to fitness! Growing up, I played nearly every sport under the sun, but resonated the most with football, and the sense of family a team sport brought. Through football, I fell in love with the gym at a young age. What I loved the most about the gym was how it didn’t matter how tall you were, how much you weighed, or if you were naturally talented. Anyone on Earth is capable of becoming the best version of themselves! The world could be falling apart around me, but as soon as I exercise, the rain clears, the sun comes out, and the sky is blue! It is my goal, to be able to give that same feeling, that same comfort, that same confidence boost that I found in the gym to others. The process of self-improvement and delayed gratification is a constant battle every single day, but I would love to fight alongside you to help you SURPASS your goals!

    Fitness Philosophy

Fitness and wellness have become a passion of mine over the years. With a background in athletics, including two years of varsity tennis and nine years of classical ballet, I discovered my interest in fitness early. I was able to gain a solid foundation in a variety of movement skills, while also learning the importance of consistency, patience, and balance when working towards a goal. Since that time, I decided to pursue a degree in Exercise Science (Allied Health) and teach ballet classes in conjunction with personal training. It is an absolute joy to not only use the knowledge and experience I have gained for my own time at the gym, but also to share and support others in their own steps towards a healthy lifestyle. I am so excited to partner with you in your goals, and I hope to see you soon!
