Fitness Philosophy
Fitness helped me discover who I am and what I’m capable of. After playing multiple sports in high school, I knew I wanted to stay active in college and challenge myself in new ways. I’ve always loved lifting, running, dancing, and yoga, and I see every workout as an opportunity to honor my body and push my limits, both physically and mentally. The gym has given me more than just strength, it’s given me confidence, resilience, and discipline that carries over into all areas of life, including academics.
As a current group fitness instructor, it brings me joy to create an environment where everyone can grow together. As a trainer, my goal is to build an inviting space for people of all fitness levels to work out, have fun, and feel supported. Whether you’re just starting your journey or ready to level up, I’ll create a personalized plan to help you reach your goals. My mission is for you to leave every session feeling proud, motivated, and confident in your own growth.

Fitness Philosophy
I believe in making fitness enjoyable and attainable for anyone interested in pursuing a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I grew up as a competitive swimmer and dancer, and when I got to college, started lifting weights in order to achieve my fitness goals. I fell in love with fitness, teaching, and fitness education. This led me to start teaching group fitness classes at ISU, and helped me build community through movement, and realize my love for working with individuals one on one. I’m excited to partner with you, and help you to best achieve your fitness goals, no matter what they may be.

Fitness Philosophy
I owe my life to fitness! Growing up, I played nearly every sport under the sun, but resonated the most with football, and the sense of family a team sport brought. Through football, I fell in love with the gym at a young age. What I loved the most about the gym was how it didn’t matter how tall you were, how much you weighed, or if you were naturally talented. Anyone on Earth is capable of becoming the best version of themselves! The world could be falling apart around me, but as soon as I exercise, the rain clears, the sun comes out, and the sky is blue! It is my goal, to be able to give that same feeling, that same comfort, that same confidence boost that I found in the gym to others. The process of self-improvement and delayed gratification is a constant battle every single day, but I would love to fight alongside you to help you SURPASS your goals!

Fitness Philosophy
My passion for fitness began in 2020 during the pandemic. Like many people, I was struggling mentally and felt like my life was out of my control. I knew something had to change, so I started working out regularly. That decision transformed everything—my mental and physical health improved dramatically, and I discovered a new sense of purpose: to help others feel better in their lives, too. I believe that when you take care of yourself physically, everything else falls into place.
For the past three years, I’ve worked as a group fitness instructor at the rec and found nothing more rewarding than helping people reach their goals and feel good in their bodies. As an exercise science major, I feel both qualified and passionate about guiding others on their fitness journeys. I plan to use my personal experience and continuously growing knowledge to help clients build a lasting, healthy relationship with movement and feel empowered in their lives.
