Fitness Rules


Registration for Fitness programs are nonrefundable unless extenuating circumstances exist. The Fitness Program reserves the right to cancel or change a program due to low enrollment or any other reason deemed necessary. Participants will receive a full refund for any program canceled by the Fitness Program prior to the start date.

Group Fitness

  • For safety considerations, class capacities will be limited based on space and the availability of equipment.
  • Pre-registration is not required to participate in Group Fitness Classes, however, it is the only way to guarantee your spot in class.
  • Participant's pre-registration will be forfeited if they’re not present 5 minutes prior to the start of class.
  • For your safety, members are not allowed to enter a class 5 minutes after the scheduled starting time.

Personal Training

  • Personal training sessions are forty-five minutes long.
  • Sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire on June 30th of the respective fiscal year.
  • Members are asked to cancel at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. Failure to contact your trainer will result in the forfeiture of a session.
  • Trainers will wait only 15 minutes for members. After 15 minutes, members will lose a session. Sessions that begin late will end forty-five minutes from the original start time.
