Pay & Benefits

  • Payroll

    Download the payroll schedule.

    Visit the pay benefits website my.illinoisstate.edu/paybenefits for pay details.

  • W-4 Form

    Visit the Illinois State University Payroll website for instructions on completing your Federal W-4 and IL W-4. You may download and bring the completed forms to the HR Orientation; however, W-4 cards will be supplied and assistance will also be provided on-site.

  • Direct Deposit

    All Student Team Members are requested to take advantage of direct deposit.

    1. Visit the pay benefits website: my.illinoisstate.edu/paybenefits.
    2. Click "iPeople."
    3. Click "Direct Deposit." Provide the requested information and submit, then call the University Payroll Office at (309) 438-4677 to complete.

  • If you are not on the ISU network you must use a VPN to gain access. To install VPN capability, call IT Help at (309) 438-4357.

 

Student Development

Redbirds Ignite

Redbirds Ignite was created to help students have a better undestanding of campus resources. This will provide more connections, assist in doing their jobs better, and contribute to developing a well-rounded individual. These highly transferable skills will be beneficial beyond their time at Illinois State University.
