Group Fitness Classes

Regularly scheduled classes are offered to all current SFC members for no additional fee.

Spring

Spring Group Fitness classes begin on January 16. Group Fitness reservations are not required but are encouraged to guarantee a spot in class. The most up-to-date info on class schedules and cancellations can be found on redbirdrec.illinoisstate.edu or in the Redbird Rec App.

Making a Group Fitness reservation

    Click login in the upper right-hand corner to sign in to your CentralLogin.

    Click the three-line dropdown menu in the upper left-hand corner to view facility options.

    1. Select "programs"
    2. Next, under the “Classification” menu select "Group Fitness" to view fitness offerings by class description. Reservation times open 7 days in advance. If you are unable to make it, please cancel to allow space for other members.
    3. Select your desired time slot from the options listed above and click “register”.

    Click “checkout” at the bottom of the “shopping cart” page.

    A receipt will be sent to you to confirm that your registration was finalized.

Canceling a Group Fitness reservation

    Click login in the upper right-hand corner to sign in to your CentralLogin.

    Select your user profile in the upper right-hand corner.

    1. From the drop-down menu select "profile".
    2. Click "programs" on the left-hand side to view all of your reservations.
    3. Select the reservation you wish to cancel, and click "cancel".

    Before your cancellation is complete you must confirm by clicking “yes, cancel registration”.

    To make a cancellation less than one hour prior to the reservation beginning, please call the Welcome Desk at (309) 438-7529.
